How to give wakesys access to your Stripe account

To help you set up card readers, troubleshoot payments, and assist with billing, invite billing@wakesys.com to your Stripe account as an Administrator.

Invite us as an Administrator

  1. In your Stripe Dashboard, go to Settings → Team (Team and security).
  2. Click + New member (or Add member).
  3. Enter the email billing@wakesys.com.
  4. Assign the Administrator role — this gives full access, including payment and Terminal settings.
  5. Click Send invite.

We'll accept the invitation. (Stripe invites expire after 10 days, so send it when you're ready for us to help.)

Good to know

  • The Administrator role lets us register/link your Terminal readers, look into payment issues, and help with billing.
  • You stay in control — you can change our role or remove our access at any time from Settings → Team.
