How to remove a staff member

When someone leaves, remove their staff access. This revokes their access to the system but keeps their underlying customer account.

Remove a staff member

  1. Go to Admin → Settings → Staff.
  2. Open the person's menu and choose Delete.
  3. Confirm in the dialog. They'll no longer be able to sign in to the Admin or POS apps.

The last admin can't be removed

wakesys won't let you remove or demote the only remaining Admin — that would lock the park out. Add another Admin first, then remove the one you intended to.

Heads up: removing yourself logs you out

If you remove yourself, or change your own roles so you're no longer an Admin, you're signed out immediately.
