Booking statuses explained — Open, Closed, POS Only

Every time slot has a Booking Status that controls where it can be sold:

• Open — bookable both online and at the cash register.
• Closed — not bookable anywhere. Existing bookings are unaffected.
• POS Only — bookable only at the cash register; it's hidden from online booking.

Notes

• Setting a slot to Closed or POS Only only affects new sales — it doesn't cancel anyone who already booked.
• Online booking also hides slots whose start time has already passed.
