Booking statuses explained — Open, Closed, POS Only

Every time slot has a Booking Status that controls where it can be sold:
- Open — bookable both online and at the cash register.
- Closed — not bookable anywhere. Existing bookings are unaffected.
- POS Only — bookable only at the cash register; it's hidden from online booking.
Change a slot's status in Admin → Schedules by editing the slot (or several at once). See How to edit your schedule.
Notes
- Setting a slot to Closed or POS Only only affects new sales — it doesn't cancel anyone who already booked.
- Online booking also hides slots whose start time has already passed.
