A staff member can't sign in

There's no account lockout in Wakesys, so a sign-in problem is almost always one of these:

  1. Wrong password. Use Forgot password? on the login page to set a new one — see How to reset a staff member's password.
  2. No password was ever set. If the account was first created on-site (kiosk) or during a sale, it may have no password yet. Use Forgot password? once to set one.
  3. They were removed from staff. They can still exist as a customer but won't have Admin/POS access. Re-add them — see How to add staff and set their permissions.
  4. Unrecognised email. "This email is not registered" means there's no account for that address — they need an account first.

The login page is per-park. Make sure they're signing in at your park's address with the email on their account.
