How a customer resets their password

Customers reset their password the same way staff do — there's no reset you can do on their behalf.

- On the login page, click Forgot password?
- Enter the account email and click Send reset link.
- Open the link in the email (valid for 30 minutes).
- Set a new password (at least 6 characters) and sign in.
Customer registered on-site and can't log in online
Guests who registered at an on-site kiosk (or were added during a sale) often have no password yet. They use Forgot password? once to set one, then they can sign in online.
