How a customer resets their password

Customers reset their password the same way staff do — there's no reset you can do on their behalf.

The forgot-password screen where you request a reset link

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter the account email and click Send reset link.
  3. Open the link in the email (valid for 30 minutes).
  4. Set a new password (at least 6 characters) and sign in.

Customer registered on-site and can't log in online

Guests who registered at an on-site kiosk (or were added during a sale) often have no password yet. They use Forgot password? once to set one, then they can sign in online.
